Default Java Problem

I had Limewire on my computer in the past, and had no problem with it. However, I had a computer problem a week ago, and had to reinstall it, and a few other programs. After the installation, I tried to load it up, but it gave me the following error message:

"LimeWire was unable to load the Java Runtime Environment. Please download and install a newer version from http://www.java.com"

I did without any problems. (I believe my computer recognized the installation, because it had it as one of unistall programs in ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS.) However, when I tried to load up LimeWire, it once again gave me the same error message.

If you have any ideas, please help!

Which version of Java was that? Sometimes some computers prefer version 1.5 & other times 1.4.2 So I'll give you the link to both to see for yourself:
1. Java 1.4.2 (click on link) OR 2. Java 1.5 (take the JRE)
