 Manual Port Forward is on both versions of LW. If yours doesn't have one then perhaps you didn't get yours from LW & it's a scam version. See Manual port forward instructions & sample image LW's menu Tools > Options > Advanced > Firewalls This is the manual port forward (previously called 'force ip') for windows. There's no difference.
