Can't connect for some reason
 

i am running on windows XP

i have read through the forums and did all the things like deleting the folder from username... and then disableing the auto connect and restarting ... and still am unable to connect... i have checked for firewalls and nothing comes up ... my firewall is disabled and still no luck... please help me !!

Can you give us a total desciption of your set up:
1. What firewalls you have?
2. ram? 3. HDD space available?
4. Connection type?
5. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
6. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?

These details are vital if you want us to find out what your connection problem is.
