BigPond, wow you are lucky. I'm not eligible for cable where I'm living. But oh well.

Can you give us some details about your system.

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98, ...)
2. What firewalls you have?
3. ram? 4. HDD space available?
5. Connection type?
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?
These details are vital if you want us to find out what your connection problem is.

Your wireless network may well be the issue. Can you give us as many details about this as possible. eg: how many computers connected, which one has the main connection or is it thru a network server? Personally networks is not my cup of tea but people on the forum do have the knowledge. Port forwarding for port 6346 here may well be required (but not necessarily.)

So did you spend yesterday at the beach or celebrating the national day? lol

Hello,

I have a similar problem.

When Limer wire is activated at startup, my wireless connection is gone after 10 to 60 minutes.

When Limewire is de-activated, everything's OK...

Any tips?
Details;
Win XP SP2
Acer Travelamte 650, built-in wireless network card
D-link DSL604+ wireless router/adsl-modem (all-in-one).
Private use, 1 PC

Thanks!
Best regards,
Frank
