internet via satellite connection problem

I use Opensky satelliteprovider for download and a modem for upload.
The Opensky connection use sock5 ,193.251.135.100 port 1080.
When I configure Limerwire with these values I can't connect
When I use my modem for up and download all works fine, does anybody knows about these problem?

Greetings

No I don't know. But if I can ask something simple, did you use the automatic UPnP setting. And did you also try the manual port forwarding but using port 1080 within LW?

Which version of LW are you using? LW 4.4 has improved firewall detection & settings.

Salut ruud, have you tried to enter your user name and password for your satellite service in the authentification section of the proxy options?

Bonne chance

Thank for your reactions,

I tried to set my sat login username and password, but no success.
I did configure the proxy manualy with soch5 and port 1080.
I use the same setting as I use for other Peer to peer programs like Shareaza and Kazaa lite, they have no problems with using my satelitte connection for downloading.

Greetings
Ruud
