Can't Connect

For the last 3 weeks I have not been able to connect. All the problems began when I "upgraded" to 4.2.6. I've tried to do the things noted in the forums, but have had no luck.

I'm getting very annoyed.

Operating system & sp
RAM
HDD
LimewWire Version
Java Version
Firewalls
Router & model no.
Modem Type & model no.
Connection type (ADSL, DSL, Cable, Dialup)
