 LW Pro runs but won't connect 1. OS version: Windows XP SP3 2. Firewall: AVG 3. RAM: 3GB 4. Disk space: 150GB 5. Connection type: DSL 6. Modem & router: Linksys WRT54GS v7.50.2 7. Connectin from: house 8. Limewire Version: 5.5.10 Pro Java:1.6.0_21 9. ISP: Belair Internet 10. Simple test: error message "Cannot Connect" 11. Sharing: no 12. New problem with an experienced user. 13. All grey bars 14. Port forwarding enabled 15. Security program: AVG 16. USA 17. No changes Have not used LW in a while. It has worked fine in the past. LW loads but will not connect. Tried all the following: Turned off the AVG firewall Uninstalled and re-installed LW Uninstalled and re-installed Java Runtime environment Changed LW listening port to 65000 Opened a new forwarding port in the router to 65000 Any suggestions?  |
