Question Java Problem

I just downloaded the latest version of LimeWire (4.0.8), and it installed fine and all that. When I tried to open the program, I get this window that tells me "LimeWire was unable to load the Java Runtime Environment. Please download and install a newer version from http://www.java.com"

I went to java.com and I couldn't locate this 'Runtime Environment.'

Can someone give me a hand?

is there a compatibility problem between the jre used in 4.0.7 and 4.6.0 ??

havnt updated for long, now at 460, but didnt want to remove 407 yet for safety and testing reasons.
but with the new jre that 460 installed 407 gives above error message. ??

(well thats how i found this old thread btw)
