"The application Limewire has unexpectantly quit"
 

that's the result i get when i try and launch it.

when i first installed it it worked great - then while running it my comp crashed. after rebooting i tried to launch Limewire and got the error message in this threads subject.

i deleted and reinstalled many times now and i get the same thing.

i'm running a mini mac with OSX - all software/java etc is updated.

what am i doing wrong?

If this is a new machine, do a safe boot (restart holding down the shift key), restart again normally and try again.

For whatever reason, java seems to need to be run a few times on new installs.

If that doesn't work, search for the many links Lord of the Rings has provided to reinstall java using the standalone installer.

thanks for the input but still no workee. i'll e-flag the ring lord for help.
