Unhappy connection problem

I bought LimeWire today. I have 2 firewalls. One is windows XP firewall and another is Norton internet security (personal firewall). I have turned off the first and have regularly used Norton Interne Security. I changed the configuration of personal firewall. So now LimeWire is in the status of "permit all."
But nothing happened. I have only one small green light and others are all red.
So I really do not understand why I can not secure the connection.
I am using wireless network system (warner cable) / netgear.

The message I received is
The LimeWire is currently connecting to the network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network.

I appreciate your advice...

It should say test page was a success.

Post back what it says

Have you also checked this link out configuring NIS. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=30505

Thank you.
