Impossible to connect!!

OK, I have tried everything to connect. I use Windows XP and AOL to connect to the internet. I tried deleting the .limewire folder. Didn't work. I disabled my firewalls. Didn't work. I configured the ports to 6346. Didn't work. Everytime I start the program I get a box that says "Limwire was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connections. Can someone please help!!??
