Can't find internet connection???!!!!

I can't get on LW!!! I had never had a problem getting on limewire and now all of a sudden I can't!!!??? I get a message that says, "LW was unable to set up a port for incoming connections." My quality always says connecting, I dis-connect and try to re-connect and get nothing! I have DSL so I am always on......I don't get it.???? Please someone help me.!

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Fixes for Limewire
