Just a note it will definetly take some time. If I'm not mistaken which correct me if I'm wrong there are some 65,000 + ports on a standard PC

It is best i think to aim between 4000-7000 i'm using Port Detective atm to find out about open ports. I haven't specifically tried any range i've just been doing the odd one then got bored and found Port Detective.

I've been using port detective too...the only ports i've found to be "blocked" even if opened in my firewall are 6346-6348...all the rest are supposedly open...but if the ISP is filtering it out from there end i guess it doesnt make much difference.

Thank you everyone for your help... I disabled the windows firewall and then deleted the .limewire file and all is working now!
