Default can't connect through router

I've been trying to connect through a Netgear RP614v2 router, I have turned on port forwarding, UPnP and still no luck, I've tried setting up proxies and still nothing, any ideas on what I can try. I'm trying to connect on a Win2000 Pro and Win XP machines.
