Behind firewall and router

Hi, I would like to use the direct connect feature in LimeWire. But people can't connect to me because I'm behind a router and/or firewall.

Now, I have both.
Router: Medion 40900
Firewall: Windows XP service pack 2 firewall

Is it possile that people direct connect to me?

Try to do port forwarding on port 6346 for you unknown router.. lol. Search on google "port forwarding medion 40900" and if you can't read dutcch or german good luck :D
