Keeps Disconnecting
 

When I try to download most of the time I have no problem. Sometimes, though, when I'm downloading, all of a sudden I get an error message that says I am not connected. I check to see that I am connected to the internet and then click 'file-connect'. This happens a lot sometimes, sometimes not at all.

If you're using the Resume/Find Sources button on too many files it can have that effect. This can have side-fx such as affect LW's connection quality. This will also stress LW & your comp. If you use Resume/Find sources then just apply it to a couple or so at one time.

Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is your result True/False? If false then you have a firewall issue.

Thanks for the reply. That's probably what's been happening, because I did click those buttons quite a few times. That, and my computer being so slow, makes me think I have a virus.;)
