Default My port 6346 does not respond :(

MY port 6346 does not respond ( used a online service that checks the port). And this stops me from connecting to gnutella with limewire.

I have turned off both Win xp pro firewall, and my northon internet security firewall, so it should be open.

How do i open it?

My ISP isnt blocking

I have also checked that my ADSL modem doesnt act as a firewall or router.... I have seriously no clue whats wrong... All I know is that I cant connect to gnutella with limewire ( or any other gnutella clients) becouse my ports are posing as stealth ( they dont accept or reject) they just dont answer.

I have now uninstalled northon internet security, and i have checked acouple of hundred times now that the win xp pro firewall is off!

What can possibly be wrong?
