Cant connect

Giday im having trouble connecting is it possiable to connect when you are conected through LAN as i am conected to a network is it possiable to still conect to lime wire if so what settings do need to change in Advanced proxy

im using a school network

By the way im connected to the univircity network could that be the problem i am running windows xp
