What Speed Am I?

Im on speed 576.0 kps, but i dont know there thats t1, cable or whatever, and it takes ages for people to download from me.
What speed am i?

See What speeds are T1/T3, etc. for LW & also More on LW connection speeds

If people are having difficulty uplding from you, are you sure you're not firewalled & thus they're using a force connection.

To check do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If false then you're firewalled. If firewalled then see: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml
