Trouble getting connected

I just downloaded limewire basic and for some reason I can't fully get connected. On the bottom of the main page, where there are the red bars, it's said connecting for the past 20 minutes. I tried looking up some files, and there aren't any for any singer I look up. Also, the smallest of the five bars at the bottom is green Can someone please tell me how to make this work because I'm very exciting to start downloading!

A. Configure your firewall to allow LW full access (only wise to have one active firewall): http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml

B. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?

C. After configuring your firewall, do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False?

* After opening LW it's best to wait 10 or more mins before using.

If still problems after this then please answer the following details:

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98)
2. What firewalls you have?
3. How much ram?
4. Hard Disk space available?
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.)
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?
8. What version of Limewire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.
9. Who is your isp provider?
