Connection Problems Help!!!!!!

Connection problems
I have a mojor connection rpoblem can you help me?

Here it is: Whenever limewire tries to connect to Gnutella, It cant connect so i try disabling my firewall but it still cant connect to Gnutella but, it said something about a content filtering software is blocking limewire to connect to Gnutella. BUt, i dont know what that mans plz help me??/ Thanks
