 Tiscali capped Ive been looking for some answers and ive found out that due to a court order Tiscali have been forced to cap uploads/downloads, if you ring em up your just likely to get ''everythings fine'', wot you definatly wont get is a FREAKIN STRAIGHT ANSWER! im very annoyed!   |
