PROBLEMS STAYING CONNECTED - doesn't appear to be firewall issue - Using LW Beta

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

ctimbers1 Norton will be sufficient! Disable your XP firewall: go to the control panel, double click on Windoze Firewall, check the disable box.

Norton will still offer you sufficient protection. Norton & XP firewall have been known to interfere with each other!
