 avg. dialup dl speed i have dial-up.....(YAY!), and was just wondering what the average download speed shud be. it's usually between 5-8kbps/sec. oh, and how come when i try to dl stuff from ppl havn a t3 connection how come the dl speeds spike so much...like going from 8 to 2, then to 5, then 0 the whole time  |
