Porn Sites 'Bot Running?

I always get about 20 hits almost instantly when I put in a video file name. Even with a gibberish of random characters. When I go to block host it always shows this address: 70.86.48.178~210.

Is this some kind of harvesting bot or what?

And yes I know about setting the content filter, blah blah blah, and blocking hosts, yadda yadda yadda. And yes I've read the FAQ, humma humma humma ...

there is spam bots on the network, yes..
