Default Conencting to limewire via an http proxy that acts as an ultrapeer

Hi,

I have Limewire 4.9.23 pro, and I've been able to connect yesterday to limewire using an http proxy. however, i rebooted my pc, and now it won't connect, under the connections tab it tries all these other ip's but not my http proxy ip, whereas before it connected to my http proxy ip and worked as an ultrapeer (3 connections).

How can I make it connect to my proxy as an ultrapeer? I've tried reinstalling limewire, deleting the .limewire folder in the documents and settings folder, but it still doesn't work.

I also tried adding a gnutella connection by clicking on the "add" button, and typing in my http proxy ip but it still doesn't connect.

Thanks in advance.

I know next to nothing about proxies. But I am aware sometimes proxy no.'s outgrow their usefulness. You might need to change the proxy.
