Only one bar goes green

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Only one bar goes green

Please help me i just installed the new version of limewire and i disabled my firewall. But only one green bar shows the rest are red and it says connecting. it has been like this for 1/2 an hour. Also likmewire at the bottom says that it detects a firewall. please help!
