Gnutella Forums - Limewire still trying to connect

I've read the thread about the Worm, and I think I have it. My Limewire would turn on after I shut if down and it would start when I restarted my computer. I followed the post BobbyNaini made but it still wouldn't work. When I got to the part where you had to find the program using the most CPU memory in the task manager, the most used thing is the System Idle Process and the Task Manager itself.

In the registry, I've removed all the possible threats/viruses I had. Then I ran a scan in Ad-Aware, which moved this worm called WIN32.P2P-WORM.ALCAN.A

I still don't know what the worm is. I don't have anything called 'winupdate'.

Can you please help me? I'm on windows XP.
