Limewire will not shut off!!

I exit off of Limewire, and it closes.
5 seconds later it loads again, causing my computer to almost crash. Please help, it keeps re-connecting itself and it is driving me crazy!!!

Unless you have options set to only close after transfers, it sounds like you might have a virus.
See 1. LimeWire continually Popping up every few seconds & also Opening at System Startup

& also 2. WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! point #4

because it randomly re-loads itself every once in a while...
if i do have a virus i will scan asap.
