Ok prob going to to tell me to read the the stickys... But i have and they havent helpd....

Ok i did the the trick where it says if your isp blocks lw... That didnt work.... I think my isp does block it casue i have problems with cs with very high ping... herd from my friends that its Sea Side my isp provider that caps my bandwith etc..

I can get on fine with out the proxy things setup... I just cant dl faster then 2kbs... when on other p2p liek ares i get 100k+.. but that mysteously stoped workin... ( Prob my isp)

Can any one help?

Windows xp sp2.... With cable internet... i checkd my fire wall setings to. everything is fine there..

I did what it says on site for fire walls... and now my top dl is at 7kbs... getting better lol....

Any one have any ideas?... I can conect fine.. just dling and uploading its slower then 56k... on cable when i can dl some times at 1.5-2mbs a sec...
