I don't know what is going on with this program... Every 20 min the programs disconnects on its own, then in 10 min it reconnects on its own. I can't even shut it down when I want to, it will reconnect on its own 10 min later. I have even tried unchecking the startup comand to connect, still starts up, but says not conected...And yes, it is the new version. The last version worked fine and would allow me to shut it off, the new one won't stay shut down.... I have tried to uninstall it several times, and even blanked out my system thinking it was a virus, no luck...I also changed out my hard drive, so I know it isn't a virus. Can anyone help me...?

Wow! This virus is getting out of hand. You are infected (along with many others) I recommend a hefty dose of penicillin.

Also you should never d/l without the proper protection as in a good anti-virus program, http://www.grisoft.com has a trial version thats supposed to be good. I thought they had a free version but it looks like they changed it to a 30 day free trial (if I'm wrong I hope someone will set me straight)

And avast! 4 Home Edition FREE Download has a free one. There are other ones too, but I'll leave that up to you.

One more thing, all this info is in the forum stickys. Read them, take two asprin, and call tech support in the morning
