limewire log on problem
 

I recently installed limewire 4.9 which automatically installs a icon on my desktop which as everyone knows you can use to log in with. Now my problem is that about every couple of days later when i double click on the desktop icon to log on and download it statrs seaching for the shortcut. It is acting like the installation didn't work. Although after i download limewire it works great till the next time i want to use it, then i have to keep reinstalling it over and over. I don't understand why i have to keep installing this program every time i want to download some music. Amy body got any ideas? Thank you in advance for any help.
