Error Message
 

I get this message every time I try to download anything:

"LimeWire is currently connecting to the network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network."

Problem is that it never connects and I cannot download anything.

Is it only limewire that can't connect (can you still browse the internet)? Do you have a firewall program that could possibly be blocking limewire? Have you tried searching the forum for an answer to your problem?

My internet works, I have a firewall but LimeWire is allowed.
I searched the forum and have not found an answer to my problem as of yet, I have tried a couple things that were suggested for connection problems (I made sure my port # was correct, etc) but nothing has worked as of yet.
