Unhappy Shortcut will not work
Please help. I went to use my limewire and when I click on my desktop icon it gives me an error saying that either the application or dll is not valid. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Can you get the error message back & see exactly what dll is not valid? Or doesn't it specify?

I am getting a box that appears that says the following.

The application or DLL C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\net.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.


Again, I have tried uninstalling it and downloading it again. Nothing has worked for me. Any help would be appreciated.Thank You.
