huge connection problem
 

yesterday I'v downloaded a couple of music files. after this I couldn't connect to the internet anymore.

I ust can connect to limewire and it works. all other connections are down.

I have a adsl router. I can ping the router without problems.

Can someone helpme out of this situation??
