grrr got pro and still no speed

ok, i got pro, its says left in the bottom, turbo speed, but i only see with every dl 0kb.
I got xp, my comp is in a network, there's 1 other comp that is the main comp, my comp is connected with that 1.
I put both XP firewalls off.
But still i get no speed, can some1 help me?

and please no links to other posts cause i haven't found a problem thats the same like me.
