connection status : LEAF!!!

why am i in this connection status, and how can i become a regular connection?? thank you for your help you guys! I'm new to this, so I appreciate your help!

Leaf mode is normal. Probably near 90% of users are leaf. Ultrapeers are users that have lots of spare bandwidth that the network decides it needs to help people connect to the gnutella network.
