"LW is currently connecting..." error
 

please excuse me if i've missed my problem in other threads. i'm new to LW and fairly new to forums. my problem is:

every time i run a search i get an error message that says "LW is currently connecting to the network. your search will not return many results until you are fully connected to the network."

my internet is cable, xp home os, i've already downloaded 3-4 programs/movies and now this is all i get on any search.

any ideas?
