 Hanging Downloads?? My setup is: LimeWire Pro on port 6346 Windows XP ZoneAlarm configured to allow Limewire *** Router with port forwarding enabled for port 6346 ISP TalkTalk 1MB ADSL I'm finding the downloads extremely slow, if not non-existent. They appear in my Downloads window and in the Status column it shows "Downloading from n hosts" but the speed is 0KB/s, with the Time column either blank or showing hours and hours to go. I tend to choose the highest number of copies, with 4 star quality and with Cable, T1 or T3 speed if possible. The only time it ever seems to show any download speed at all is generally early in the morning. I have been using LimeWire for about 2 years, but it's only been the last couple of months that I been experiencing this problem. Is it my ISP throttling back P2P connections? Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated.  |
