my problem began a few days ago.
the speed goes only with one or two lights green, and because of that it only download at 1 kbp/s, and the strange thing is that only happens during the whole day.
between 9 and 10pm it begins to download properly, five light green, speed to the max, and then, in the morning it begins to fail again, and that's the story.
what do you think about it?
what could be the problem?
I also have a speed problem with a program named Azureus for torrents, and the problem is, I could say the same, in the whole day it doesn't download at a proper speed, max 1 kbps/s, and between 9pm and 10pm, like the limewire it begins to download at max speed.

sounds like your Internet Service Provider is throttling filesharing during the day.

Give their help desk a call and see what they say.
