lost email address unable to upgrade to pro
 

I paid for an upgrade to pro quite a while ago. After a major crash I tried to reinstall but all my email addresses are unrecognised. How can I get over this? There doesn't seem to be any point of contact in the support section.

If you upgraded over 6 months ago, your e-mail addresss will not be recognised. The purchase of pro entitles you to 6 months of upgrade. Basic is free, and Pro only £11 or 12 so it doesn't seem a lot for what you get:)
