Says Firewall Is Activated But I Turned Them All Off Nothing Works!!!!!!

whenever i try to connect, it says a firewall is blocking the connection or i'm not connected to the internet. i have windows firewall turned off and norton turned off. i use wireless internet and have tried EVERYTHING. Also the 'test' dosen't work.

Are you using a router allot of routers have firewalls in them and must be configured.
