Ez Armor

I am runnig windows Xp with the fire wall disabled. However, I am running ez armor firewall. I can not download any programs and part of the Limewire program is being corrupted overnight and I have to reinstall the program. Can I add a line to the "Trusted" website in my firewall program? If so, what? And any other suggestions? Thanks
