I recently installed a wireless connection, now LW says you are connecting to network

I recently installed a wireless internet connection. I had difficulty with that but got it sorted. Now when I go to LW it says you are currently connecting to network. I previously was able to use LW ok but now its not working. Could the problem have something o do with my wireless connection? Help please.

We need to know details about your set up. What brand & model number of wireless device is it? Do you know how to log into the device using your browser? If yes, look for UPnP (Universal Plug & Play) & check that it's enabled.

The router is a Thompson 576 and I dont know how to log into the device using my browser.
