My father bought it - for like 19 bucks or whatever.
The router's like westlink something 5200? I don't know.
This is ******* FRUSTRATING.
I did the Norton thing -
I did the Windows thing
Do you think it could be an aol firewall?

I can not find any information on a westlink router. And no I do not think it is AOL e haven't seen anybody posting problems with AOL recently. I am guessing there is a Firewall in your router but I do not know.

Well if you DL at 0KB/s at least you are connecting and able to search. Is there a wall in front of the globe down in the lower left corner of the screen.
