 Please can you help NOVICE! Video Downloads Slow Hi I'm a 1st X user & not computer savvy. Dose anyone have on video, #$@#@# or no subtitles, when downloading starts, progress stops at 6 or 23% , it keeps searching for source. Please can anyone help?
