hi hi... um this topic has probably been brought up.. BUT... im still going to ask...

ok so one day im listning to lime wire... and nothing abnormal happens... so i exit out and everything is fine... BUT.. i CLICK on the icon the next day.. the same one i click on everytime to open limewire... and what happens/......?? NOTHING... lol it doesnt open, it doesnt give me an error message.. heck.. it doesnt give me ANY message at all....it just didnt do anything.. i sat there and stared at my desktop... so i completly removed the program from my computer.. and reinstalled it... and removed it and reinstalled it... like 5 times... and STILL... nothing...??


CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE... I NEEED MY MUSIC!!!!

Try steps 1 & 2 here: Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 in Fixes for Limewire (sample at bottom of page.)

Failing that, if you have LW 4.10 then follow these directions but exchange the name of FrostWire for Limewire: How to delete your FrostWire Preferences folder
ie: LW 4.10 changes the name & location of the preferences folder. You must view hidden folders in order to find it. It's found at C:\Documents and Settings\*yourusername*\Application Data\limewire
