Default I need help, new pro user that can't use e-mail service!

Exactly as the subject says, I can't go to limewire.com and the pro page, then where it says, "Put in your e-mail address" (something like that) i type in my e-mail, and it takes me to the page where you choose what kind of download you want. I'm beyond irritated, as I'm also having problems connecting to the network. I can't get a link to a service rep, i'm just having issues. Please help me! Before i bought pro, everything worked just fine on my computer.

Please don't post your e-mail address on the forums ... It will be picked up by spammers and no one else will want to reveal their e-mail address.

We Just had this problem and I'm not sure if it was resolved.

Try using a different browser and or deleting the cache and cookies for your brpowser. let us know if this helps

Ahem. I am currently using Apple's built in browser, safari. I also have Mozilla and Firefox installed, and i thought ahead with that "Spam" comment, I used enough foresight in that field, and gave my spam address. Therefore, Spam if you wish, though it won't help you.
Edit 1: It was Safari's fault, I used firefox and it worked like a charm. My request has been sent in, and I'm eagerly awaiting a reply. Thanks for your help Hobo Man!
