Limewire cant initialize
 

I had a 2006 Norton's Firewall, but unistalled it and now only have Windows Firewall. I had Limewire but pc crashed, and when i redownloaded it it wouldnt work. I recently set up a wireless network, but even dragging a cable straight from the modem it didn't work. On the help secton it says to go into limewire to find this thing, but i cant even get into Limewire, please help
