pls help...my acct has disappeared and i can't connect
 

hello. i've been an active user of limewire pro for a year or so. i think it must have occured during a recent modem switch.....but my limewire no longer opens. i run mac os x, 10.3.9. and upon trying to go to get help from the limewire.com home page, when entering any of my email addresses that i may have registered with, there is no record of them. what do i do? i already tried the java purger application, and still nothing. please, any help you can provide me would be so appreciated. have a great day

You may want to post this in the mack section of the forum. As far as your e-mail when you buy pro it entitles you to 6 months of support and upgrades after that your e-mail is no longer recognized. It sounds like LimeWire/Java has become corrupted somehow maybe a driver issue but I am not a mack person.
